The Junior League of St. Louis is an organization of women committed to promoting voluntarism, developing the potential of women, and improving the community through the effective action and leadership of trained volunteers. This event, and others throughout the year, will benefit the League’s training and community programs: V.O.I.C.E.S., an adolescent mentoring program; St. Louis Family Theatre, celebrating 20 years of introducing St. Louis school children and their families to live theatre performance; LeagueLarks and Nightingales, choral groups that offer music therapy and audience participation experience to nursing home residents, retirement centers, adult day care and rehabilitation facilities throughout the St. Louis Area; and other long- and short-term projects to benefit the community.
