Join the Junior League of St. Louis as we welcome Nikki Bell, Boeing Air Force Services Finance Manager to speak at our first Leadership Development Series class on the topic of Conflict Management.
Bio: Nikki Bell joined Boeing Global Services in May 2016. In this role, she is leading teams responsible for financial planning, performance analysis, operational plan development and execution, and US Government audit interface. She supports executive program management for multiple aircraft sustainment, upgrade, and modernization programs.
Prior to this position, Nikki was the manager for Rate Forecasting and Overhead Cost Management activities in Boeing’s Research & Technology and Test & Evaluation divisions. In that role, she led multiple teams performing indirect cost management, operating plan development, financial compliance, and US Government rate negotiations. From 2011-2014, Nikki was the manager for Boeing Corporate Audit Investigations. In that assignment, Nikki was responsible for leading a virtual organization addressing financial and operational risks raised through the company’s Ethics hotline. Nikki also spent two years as a Senior Finance Analyst within the Boeing Defense Systems (BDS) Overhead and Rates group. There Nikki served as the Finance focal for multiple BDS executive leaders, focused on maintaining financial integrity in overhead rates and supporting key cost reduction initiatives. She has also worked as the Group Leader in the St. Louis Commercial Support Financial Operations and BDS Financial Accounting organizations.
In addition to holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and a Masters of Business Administration from Southern Illinois University, Nikki is a Certified Fraud Examiner and holds a Certification in Risk Management Assurance.
